mOSER trails

COMING SOON!

Our nature trails consist of 12 wooded acres to explore and learn about wildlife. Moser trails will give families with a spectrum diagnosis a private place to explore nature, walk with your dog, put out snacks for the wildlife, destress and reset nerves systems without feeling overstimulated or judged. Nature provides much needed peace and healing. Moser Trails serves as a resource for the Spectrum community.


What you need to know about our Trails:

  • Trail times are available by appointment only on Sundays & Wednesdays from 10am-4pm
  • No admittance during windy or stormy weather
  • We ask that you stay on the trails so we do not disturb wildlife habitats.
  • If you see a wild animal, do not touch them or do anything that will scare them.
  • Dogs that are not prey driven are allowed but must be on a leash and must stay on the trails.
  • No Smoking on the property 
  • No hunting, trapping or fishing on the property
  • Out of concern for the animals we ask that you please take all trash with you.
  • There are no restrooms
  • There are are over 40 cameras recording for the purposes of studying wildlife behavior. You will be recorded while visiting the trails.
  • This is a real life nature experience. The property is surrounded by Bays Fork Creek. There are wild animals, bugs, snakes and plants that will make you itch if you touch them. Please stay on the trails and exercise caution.


What to bring:

  • Shoes that cover your feet
  • Water
  • Snacks to leave for the wildlife (bird seed, dry dog food or pellet goat food)
  • Camera to take fun pictures
  • Leash if you bring your dog


Moser Trails are located within Moser Wildlife & Nature Study in Warren County, KY


Public access to Nature and Barren River can be found close by at Claypool Nature Park
